Privacy & Accessibility

How I handle your information, and how I’m working to make this site usable for everyone. No legalese, just what I actually do.

Privacy

Your information, handled with care.

This is Good To Go Studio Ltd., a Colorado limited liability company doing business as The Good to Go Studio and GTG Studio. Here’s the short version, and then the details.

  • I collect only what I need to reply, book your call and do your work.
  • I don’t sell your information, and I’m upfront about the ad tools I may use.
  • I use trusted tools to run the studio, and I list them here.
  • AI tools are part of how I build each setup, and I ask your permission first.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you can unsubscribe from any email.

What I collect and why

When you contact me

Your first and last name, phone number and email, the topics you’re interested in, how and when you’d like me to reach you, and, if you choose, your website or social page and a message. I use it to reply and to prepare for our conversation. I don’t use AI tools with what you send through this form.

When you book a call

Calendly collects your name, email and any answers you give, so it can schedule the call and send reminders. Calendly’s own privacy notice explains how it handles that information.

When you take the Busywork Quiz

Your answers, plus your name, email and phone number. I use them to show your result and to follow up about it.

When you become a client

Details about your business and the tools you use, access you choose to share, your approvals and your payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe, so I never see or store your full card number.

On calls

Fathom, an AI notetaker, joins my Zoom calls automatically to record them and create notes and summaries. That’s how I capture details for onboarding, planning and managing your project, so nothing gets forgotten. I tell you about the recording when you book and ask for your consent. Recording is a condition of a Zoom call: if you don’t agree, we don’t do a Zoom call.

Using AI on your project

AI tools, specifically Claude and ChatGPT, are part of how I build each setup. My client intake form asks your permission to use the information you share, and your project information, with AI tools to help draft, organize and build your setup. I review what the tools produce and use your information only for your project. I can’t take on a project without that permission.

When you visit the site

Basic visit information and cookies, explained in the cookies section below.

Scholarship applications

If you apply for a scholarship, the application will have its own notice explaining what’s collected, how it’s used and how long it’s kept.

Marketing emails

Only if you opt in

I send marketing emails only if you’ve opted in, and I send no more than a few a month. You can opt in when you contact me or through a sign-up form on this site. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Emails you ask for, like a booking confirmation or your quiz result, are separate from marketing.

Tools that help me run the studio

HighLevel

Runs this website, forms, the quiz, contact management and email or text messages.

Calendly

Booking and appointment reminders.

Zoom and Fathom

Zoom hosts the calls. Fathom records them and creates notes.

Stripe

Payments.

Business email and accounts

Including iCloud Mail and Google.

Cloudflare

Spam protection on forms.

Google Fonts

The typefaces on this site.

AI tools

Claude and ChatGPT, for drafting and organizing client work, only with the client’s permission. I review everything they produce.

Sharing

I don’t sell your information

I share it only with the tools above so I can do the work, when you ask me to, or when the law requires. The exception is advertising pixels, which are explained in the cookies section.

Who can see recordings

Only me and authorized helpers, when needed for your work, under confidentiality. I never share recordings publicly. If you ask for a copy of a recording or transcript, I’ll offer a written summary instead, unless a copy is legally required.

How long I keep it

Call recordings

Client recordings are kept for one year after services end. If you never become a client, the recording is kept for one year after the call.

Hosted accounts

If I host your setup, your operational data is kept for 30 days after the agreed service end so we can hand it over. After that it’s deleted, except for records I’m required to keep.

Inquiries, bookings and quiz results

I keep these as long as I need them to reply, follow up and serve you.

Payment and agreement records

Kept as long as business, tax and legal rules require.

Scholarship records

Described in the scholarship application notice.

Your choices

Ask me

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. I may need to keep certain records. Email or call me using the details at the bottom of this page, and I’ll respond as soon as I can.

Unsubscribe

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Good to know

Security

I use well-known platforms and limit who can access your information. No system is perfectly secure, so I can’t promise absolute security.

Children

This site is for business owners. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If I make material changes to this page, I’ll update the date at the top.

Cookies and analytics

What this website remembers.

This site runs on HighLevel. Like most websites, it uses cookies, which are small files your browser stores, and similar technology.

Keeping things working

A visitor ID from HighLevel and security checks from Cloudflare help pages and forms work and block spam.

Counting visits

Analytics cookies, including Google Analytics, help me see how many people visit and which pages they use.

Payments

Stripe may set a cookie that helps prevent fraud on payment pages.

Embedded tools

The booking calendar (Calendly) and the quiz load from their own services and may set their own cookies.

Fonts

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts.

Advertising

I may use advertising pixels, which are small pieces of code from ad platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google Ads. They set cookies and share information about your visit with those platforms so I can measure my ads and show them to people who’ve visited.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the ad platforms’ own settings let you limit personalized ads. If you block cookies, parts of the site, like forms and booking, may not work as expected.

Accessibility

A site everyone can use.

I’m working to make this website clear and usable for as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnifiers or voice control. If you run into a barrier, or need information in another format, contact me and tell me the page or task you’re trying to use. I’ll help you directly or find another way to get you what you need.

What I’ve checked so far

  • Automated testing. Every page (Home, How It Works, Pricing, About Sandi, Busywork Quiz, Good to Know, Contact and this one) was tested with axe-core, an accessibility testing tool, against WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA and Section 508 rules, on desktop and at phone width. The tests found no violations.
  • A “Skip to main content” link, menus and controls you can use with a keyboard with a visible focus outline, clear headings, descriptive alternative text on photos and labels on form fields.
  • Text and background colors checked for contrast, and layouts that adapt to phones and tablets without sideways scrolling.
  • Motion you control. Background videos are silent and decorative. A Pause motion button stops animation, and the site respects your device’s Reduce Motion setting. If it’s on, you can choose to play motion with one tap.

What’s still to do

  • Testing with screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA and JAWS, and a full manual keyboard walkthrough of every page.
  • Re-testing the contact form, quiz and booking calendar from start to finish after launch.
  • Adding captions to lesson videos when they’re published.

Other companies’ tools

The booking calendar (Calendly), the Busywork Quiz and the forms are provided by other services, and I can’t fully control their accessibility. If one gives you trouble, email or call me and I’ll book your call, take your answers or help another way.

What I don’t claim

I don’t claim formal certification or full conformance with any standard. Automated tools catch only some problems, so I’m sharing what I’ve tested and what’s still to do. I’m working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA and Section 508.
