Meet Sandi

Hi, I’m Sandi.
I’m glad you’re here.

Athlete, coach, event founder, advocate and adventurer. And the one person behind everything at Good to Go Studio.

Military spouse · Retired IFBB competitor · Solo business owner

Before we talk business

I’m a solo business owner who has run a two-day expo, a fitness coaching business, a team of volunteers and an advisory board, and now this studio, mostly by myself. I know what it feels like when every job lands on you. I also know what becomes possible when the work has a system behind it.

Here’s the longer story, because I think you should know exactly who you’re trusting with your business.

01 · The athlete

The stage taught me discipline.

I’m a retired competitive bodybuilder and a former IFBB international competitor. People see the stage. What they don’t see is the preparation behind it: the planning, the routines, and the days you show up when you don’t feel like it.

That’s what competing taught me. Discipline isn’t a mood. It’s a routine you keep, one small step after another, until the day you’ve been working toward finally arrives.

I bring that same mindset to your business: small steps, done consistently, in the right order.

02 · The coach and educator

Still a coach. Always a teacher.

I’m still a personal trainer and coach, with a background in weight loss and in injury prevention and recovery. Coaching taught me the most important thing I know: nobody reaches a goal by being told what they should have done already.

I love teaching. Most of the stress people carry in their business comes from things nobody ever explained in plain English. So I explain them, and I stay with you until it clicks.

  • Start where you are.No shame, no judgment, no jargon.
  • Explain the why.You should understand what you’re using and why it matters.
  • Take the next small step. Then the next, until you reach your goal.

03 · The Expo founder

I run the whole show.

I founded the Colorado Springs Health & Fitness Expo, a two-day event with vendors, sponsors, speakers, a fitness competition and a team of volunteers. When you’re the founder, you are everything: the planner, the marketer, the vendor coordinator, the sponsor liaison and the volunteer manager. I also manage the website, all the data, the emails, the budget and everything in between.

Leading volunteers and an advisory board taught me that people do their best work when they know what’s expected, have what they need and feel appreciated. It also taught me that organization isn’t optional. It’s what keeps a lot of moving parts from landing on one person.

I’m proud that community leaders, including Mayor Yemi Mobolade, support our mission. And it’s why the systems I build are real-world tested. They run the Expo.

04 · The solo entrepreneur

I wear all the hats, too.

Good to Go Studio is just me, by design. When you book a call, you talk to me. When we build your system, I build it. When it’s time to learn how it works, I’m the one who teaches you.

I built these systems for myself first, because I needed them. Now I run this studio the way I’d want to be treated as a customer: prices posted where you can see them, plain language, no pressure, and no pretending technology is magic.

Every once in a while, the hard work gets noticed. In 2025, I accepted the BBB Excellence in Business Award for the Expo. And I’ll tell you when something isn’t a good fit, and I will never sell you something you don’t need.

05 · The mental health advocate

You don’t have to carry it all alone.

Running a small business can be isolating. The to-do list never ends, there’s nobody to hand things to, and a slow month can feel personal. I care deeply about mental health, and I know how much weight small business owners carry.

That’s part of why I do this work: less to remember means less to carry. It’s also why giving to suicide prevention is built into the business. Good to Go Studio donates 2% of its service fees to Suicide Prevention Partnership each year.

If you or someone you care about is struggling, you don’t have to face it alone. In the U.S., call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, any time.

06 · The adventurer

Then I go find a mountain.

I make time for month-long trips to places like Peru and South Africa. That’s only possible because the way I run my business doesn’t depend on me remembering everything.

It’s the kind of freedom I want for the owners I work with. Not a promise of a month in Peru, but the ability to step away without everything piling up behind you.

What I stand on

What I won’t compromise on.

Three values guide every decision I make, in my business and in yours.

Integrity

Say it. Then do it.

My word has to mean something. If I tell you the price, the scope or the timeline, that is what you get. And if something is not right for you, I will say so, even when it means no sale.

  • Every price is posted on the Pricing page.
  • Scope and terms are written down before you pay.
  • Nothing customer-facing goes out without your approval.

Connectedness

People first, always.

I’m active in my local business community as a connector and a mentor, and I believe the best work happens together. I build with you, not at you, so nobody has to figure this out alone.

  • You work directly with me, start to finish.
  • I explain everything in plain English.
  • 2% of my service fees supports suicide prevention.

Excellence

Careful work, explained clearly.

Excellence isn’t flashy. It’s doing the work carefully, testing it before you see it, and making sure you understand how it works when I hand it over.

  • I test what I build before you review it.
  • A 45-minute handoff shows you how it all works.
  • 14 days after handoff to report anything not working as agreed.

Working with me

What working with me feels like.

  • No jargon.I explain every term in plain English, so you always understand what you’re using.
  • No pressure.Your first chat is free, with no obligation to purchase. Take your time deciding.
  • No surprises.Every price is public, and you approve everything before it goes out. See pricing and how it works.
  • No guesswork. You always know what happens next, and you always know who to ask: me.

Come say hello.

Tell me what keeps landing back on your to-do list. It’s a free 20 to 30 minute chat, with no pitch and no obligation to purchase.
