How it works

From scatteredto good to go.

No jargon and no surprises. Here’s every step, in order,
so you always know what happens next.

Your first chat is free

Seven steps. No surprises.

You’ll always know where you are and what comes next. On larger screens, an example conversation follows along as you scroll.

  1. Take the Busywork QuizOptional

Optional, and a good first move. A few quick questions show your biggest bottleneck, so our chat can start with what matters most.

  2. We have a free Good to Go ChatFree

20 to 30 minutes. You tell me what keeps landing back on your to-do list. No pitch, and no obligation to purchase.

  3. You share, I recommend

You complete a short intake and I ask any questions I need. Then I send a written recommendation: the three or five features that would help most, what each one does, what it costs and what you’ll maintain.

  4. You choose

You pick your features and your setup, GTG Hosted or GTG To Go. You accept the agreement and project scope with a checkbox before paying. Projects of $150 or less are paid upfront; larger projects are 50% to start and 50% before handoff.

  5. I build and test

About 10 business days after your deposit, completed intake and required access. If something I need is late, the schedule moves with it.

  6. You review

You have 5 business days to look it over and send one consolidated round of changes. Nothing launches without your approval.

  7. Handoff, then help

A 45-minute handoff shows you how everything works. You have 14 days to report anything that isn’t working as agreed. After that, add monthly help or run it on your own.

How long things take

These are the timelines I work to. If something I need is late, the schedule moves with it, and I’ll tell you exactly what changed.

I’m not sure I can afford this.

Start with the free chat. It costs nothing and there’s no obligation. Every price is on the Pricing page, including small projects that start at $25 for founding clients. If paid work doesn’t fit your budget, I can point you toward free resources or explain the scholarship.

I don’t know what to buy.

That’s what the chat and your intake are for. I recommend the most useful three or five features, explain each one in plain language, and you make the final choice.

I don’t have time to learn new software.

You don’t have to learn everything. I do the setup, and you start with just three or five features. Your part is a short intake, one review and a 45-minute handoff where I show you how it works.

I’m not technical.

That’s fine. I use plain language and explain any term before we use it. You see what each feature does before you choose, and the handoff walks you through it.

I tried a CRM before and stopped using it.

A CRM is one place that remembers every customer for you. Tools often get abandoned when they try to do everything at once. Here you start small, with the few features that match what keeps landing back on your to-do list, and I show you how to use them.

My spreadsheet works fine.

If something works, keep it. In our chat we look at what keeps landing back on your to-do list, and I only recommend what would help. A manual process is nothing to be ashamed of.

My business is too small.

GTG is built for solo owners and very small teams, so you’re exactly who I made this for.

I’ll wait until things slow down.

Setup takes about 10 business days after your deposit, completed intake and required access. You can book the free chat now to see what’s involved and choose your timing.

What do you need from me?

A short intake, access to the accounts involved, approval of anything customer-facing, and your review. If something I need is late, the schedule moves with it.

Couldn’t I just use ChatGPT?

You can use it for drafts. What I add is a business brain, a shared reference for your approved facts and voice, plus follow-up that runs on its own. You approve anything that goes out under your name.

Will the writing sound like me?

That’s the point of the business brain. I write drafts using your approved facts and communication style, and nothing goes out until you say so.

Am I locked into monthly payments?

GTG To Go has no required monthly fee. GTG Hosted needs Home Base while I host your setup. Monthly services can be canceled at any time and continue through the paid month.

Who owns it if I leave?

Your data, branding and content stay yours, and fully paid custom finals belong to you, subject to third-party licenses. With GTG Hosted, leaving takes a planned exit: a standard eligible HighLevel transfer is $150, requested with 14 days’ lead time.

What if something doesn’t work after handoff?

You have 14 days after handoff to report anything that isn’t working as agreed. Timely reports stay covered even if the fix takes longer to finish.

I need my partner or board to approve.

Bring them to the free chat, or ask me to put the recommendation in writing, with prices and what you’d maintain, so it’s easy to share.
